July 1975, the basic contruction department was established by Saigon tourist Holding Company
(prior name was Ho Chi Minh Tourist Company). Its mission was to undertake projects and give estimates for repair and maintenance work financed from the company’s own funds.
February 1986, the basic construction department changed its name to decoration and repair Enterprise, affiliated with Saigon Tourist Holding Company. Company handled designing and building for architectural projects, especially Hotel, Resorts and reataurand, etc…
March 1999, for development and expanding business, Decoration and Repair Enterprise changed its name to the Saigon Tourist Design and Contruction Company with belonged to the Head of Saigon Tourist Company established by Decision No. 1833/QĐUB dated 30 March of The Peoples’ Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. Its function was to specialize in the Design and construction of hotel systems, civil project, industry and export processing.
Zone, praticularly in the design and constrution for all projects for tourism in the whole contry.
February 2001, the Saigon Tourist Desugn Construction Company has expanded itself and adopted the new name of Saigon Tourist Design and Contrucstion Joint – Stock Company (called SADECCO) By Decision QĐ 1118/QĐUB dated 26 february.
Over 28 years experience in the design and construction of civil projects, industry and export processing xones, together with the dedication of over 100 experts, architects, Engineers, technicians and more than 500 skilled workers who have the knowledge and export processing zones, together with the dedication of over 100 experts, architects, Experience in different fields such as architecture, civil engineering, water supply & drainage, electricity, geology, hotel, road, etc, SADECCO is a designer and contractor for many projects from verious business fields as three to Five star Hotel, magnificent Resort, Roads, Industrial Zones, etc. throughout the whole contry.
